I am ABSOLUTELY loving my vehicle! I am a returning customer & this place NEVER NEVER NEVER cease to amaze me! I had my vehicle for less than 24-hours when my engine light came! Used Car Factory answered my called & had me bring my vehicle to their service mechanic shop! Diagnosis: catalytic converter & EVAP needed replacement an expensive job! I was soooo overwhelmed since converters aren’t covered by no warranty after 8-years of original purchase!I called the mechanic shop for an update; in my head I was going to tell them “I can’t fix it right now” BUT by God’s Grace they told me “Used Car Factory” is covering it! Parts are ordered” Most dealership would NOT step up after the sale is done but Used Car Factory did the opposite! They value & treat their customers right.TRULY Thank You Kris for answering all my questions, Thank You Shawn for saying YESSSS, Thank You Used Car Factory for helping me out when I thought all hope was loss!!!
