Our experience at The Used Car Factory was excellent. Our sales person Kalon was the best. He helped us out so much and got us in a vehicle. We would definitely recommend this car lot to all our family and friends.

After spending 2 hours and being quoted TERRIBLY by another dealership , my husband and I visited used car factory and was greeted FANTASTICALLY by Mr. Shawn who helped us get approved for a car in our range within 35 minutes!! Absolutely amazing service and will definitely recommend this place and Mr. Shawn to everyone.

Oh my gosh!! As a first time buyer I was nothing but pleased with the way the Mr. Shawn and his company treated me. From the time that I pulled into the parking lot to the time that I bought my car, the WHOLE Used Car Factory staff was open and honest about everything, and when I say everything I really mean it. I never once felt “taken advantage of” as an 18 year old, first time buyer. I went to main stream dealerships in search of a car and was certainly not treated the way I was here! I will always recommend Used Car Factory to everyone I know!!
